There are many hotels in Bern that you can book via the official search engines mentioned below.
If you are interested in hotels that are rather close to the conference venue, i.e., within 15 to 25 minutes walking distance, you may want to look into the following alternatives (sorted by budget):

Of course, you will find more accommodations through the city website, your favorite hotel search engine or Airbnb.
Public transport
Some of the hotels are located a little longer walk from the conference venue (approx. half an hour). However, the city of Bern offers excellent public transport connections. For directions on google maps or similar, please use "Mittelstrasse" as the bus stop for the conference venue.
The ticket for public transportation, the BERN TICKET, is included in the mandatory city tax that your accommodation will charge you. This ticket allows you to use public transport free of charge in zones 100 and 101 (city area, including hotel venue, restaurants and train station) for the duration of your stay. The BERN TICKET will be issued to you by your hotel upon check-in. Please note that public transport with this ticket may only be used after hotel check-in. Before that, please walk to the hotel or purchase a single ticket before entering the bus.
