Background:
Patrick is assistant professor for personnel economics with a focus on vocational education and innovation since October 2022. Before completing his doctoral studies in Management and Economics at UZH in 2020, he studied Labor Market and Human Resources (M.Sc.) and Business Studies with a focus on Business Education (B.A.) at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg. Prior to joining UZH in July 2016, he worked at the Institute for Employment Research (IAB) in Nuremberg.
