Background:
Thea completed her Bachelor's studies in Management and Economics at the Ruhr-Universität Bochum. She received a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Konstanz and Nottingham in 2021. She joined the chair as a PhD student in March 2022.
Research Interests:
Labor Economics, Education Economics, and Personnel Economics, with a focus on Decision-Making Processes related to Career and Education.
