(Bildungsstruktur, HRM und Internationalisierung: Berufsbildung und Innovationsinterdependenzen)
In addition to technological innovations (i.e., the introduction of new products, processes or services), firms produce organizational innovations by introducing new structures or changing the organization of work. New findings in the innovation literature indicate that interdependencies between technological and organizational innovation exist. For example, a firm can create new combinations of knowledge by changing the organization of work. In Switzerland dual-track vocational education and training (VET) is a main source of knowledge. Thus the aim of this study is to analyze the influence dual-track VET has on interdependencies between technological and organizational innovation.
