Current Research Projects
The Leading House carries out research in three projects areas:
Projects of research area 1 analyze how and why firms provide training places and how they generate competitive advantages by training apprentices and/or by employing VET graduates.
Projects of research area 2 study under which conditions individuals as the training recipients are willing to invest in VET, how individuals take training decisions and how it affects their future career and labor market prospects.
Projects of research area 3 investigate the role of the state and study the impact of national regulatory frameworks on firms and individuals interest in investing in and using VET skills.
