With changing demographics and a restructuring economy, Chicago, like other American cities and regions around the world, is being prompted to rethink the way it prepares its students for the working world. On January 6^th, the Chicago Tribune published an article on how the European model to workplace based vocational education and training (VET) is being tried out across the U.S.
