In an article for the "Neue Zürcher Zeitung", Prof. Stefan C. Wolter adresses the question how the financing of the Swiss apprenticeship training system can serve as a role model for other countries. He presents theoretical contributions from the classical human capital theory and it's extensions and offers new insights from simulation studies.
