Long-term effects of apprenticeship training on companies’ development and growth potentials

This sub-project analyses the long-term effects of apprenticeship training on companies’ development and growth potentials. More specifically, it studies whether training companies have a sustainable competition advantage in the long run. The competition advantage may be prevalent in certain industries and market conditions, all of which should be identified in this project.
