Apprenticeship Training and HRM Strategy in Swiss, German and British Companies – An International Comparison

Based on 20 case studies the project analyses alternative sources of skills in two industries at an intermediate skill level for each country. Furthermore the effect of HRM-strategies, corporate ownership and finance on training activities is studied.
